Canterbury Manor means to me a safe, attractive place in which I can live during my declining years with a maximum amount of privacy yet use opportunities to socialize with a variety of pleasant other residents when I wish to do so.

Canterbury Foundation is a charitable not-for-profit organization that relies on fees for service and an Alberta Health Services Home Care contract to operate its residential facilities. In order to maintain the high quality of care that our aging residents have come to expect, Canterbury Foundation is committed to raising funds to support programs and services that continually improve the quality of life for the residents.
As part of our continuing efforts in this regard, Canterbury Foundation has launched the Community Outreach Program with the hiring of a Geriatric Social Worker to provide necessary social, psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual support accessible to Canterbury residents, their families and seniors in the local community. This assists seniors with various issues and challenges that are associated with the later years of life.
